PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 15, 1997-- Dimensional Visions Group Ltd today
announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with a major printing organization to jointly
market, manufacture and distribute its patented DV3D(R) and Animotion(TM) print products.

Under the terms of the proposed agreement, both organizations will be responsible for marketing
DV3D and Animotion print products. The printing organization will provide all the manufacturing
services and both Companies will share in the revenue derived therefrom.

Bruce D. Sandig, Executive Vice President of Dimensional Visions Group, Ltd., stated, "We are
excited about this relationship and anticipate that it will substantially impact sales of DV3D and
Animotion print products sold by DVGL." This transaction is subject to due diligence by both
participants and the completion of a definitive agreement. No assurances can be given that the
transaction will be consummated.

Dimensional Visions Group, Ltd. produces and markets lithographically printed three-dimensional
and animated prints, trademarked DV3D(R) and Animotion(TM), and an innovative voice playback
system SmallTalk(TM), to be used with greeting cards, collectible cards, toys and other
entertainment products, developed through InfoPak, Inc. its wholly owned subsidiary. InfoPak, Inc.
manufactures and markets hardware and software systems which allow offline information
accessibility for those who require mobility in the use of large databases that change frequently.
