Reactionary?? Moi? I'm just recognizing that this has been the bloodiest century in our history. But I guess some good stuff has happened. A couple of questions; should the architect of containment, George Kennan be on the list? What about Margaret Sanger, without whose work we wouldn't have wide spread birth control today. Arguably a revolutionary development. Why on earth is David Bowie on the list? Was glitter rock that profound a cultural event? PS - Gustave called me a nihilist on the Kosovo thread. Now I'm a reactionary nihilist. LOL PPS - Gus said I was a nihilist but didn't know it. Guess that makes me an oblivious reactionary nihilist.
