Terry,
I find it hard to believe that this technology age is near the end. There are far too many advances yet to be made. Heck, there are still millions that haven't even gone "on-line".....much less gone "high-speed on-line". I want to see a few wonder inventions first......maybe an attachment to add to your PC that gives you a physical check-up and then prescribes a cure.......maybe some type of molecular organizer that can change whatever you see on your screen into an actual product in your home......maybe the removal of cash from society.....maybe....maybe....maybe. These sound totally off-the wall now, but I'm sure if you had told someone who lived in 1850 that they could watch real-time color images in their homes of events that happen thousands of miles away, or fly in the air faster than the speed of sound, or kill millions of people with 1 bomb and still save most of the standing structures, they would have locked you up and thrown away the key. I have to go; thare are some nice men in white coats at my door.
