OK Due, ya got me, I concede, you win. I'm trying to make a mountain out of an ant hill. We've got 2 guys on the board that are giving up a lot to make AOXY work. Their efforts affect them directly, professionally and financially. In other words, they have the proper incentive to do their best. The off shore will bother me for as long as I have a part of AOXY but I ain't gonna beat a dead horse. It is time to move on and cover more pertinent issues. Gag me with a beer bottle, but I admit that you have won... this one. <g> DuGen
