CHICAGO, Nov 15, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Leapnet, Inc., (NASDAQ: LEAP), a company
that develops creative and technology solutions for the wired world, today announced it has
established Eagle Technology Partners, Inc., an e-business consulting and systems
integration company. Steven Rothman, a former Partner at Andersen Consulting, has been
named President of Eagle Technology Partners.

Eagle Technology Partners is focused on providing clients with high-end,
business-to-business Internet solutions. Eagle solves complex business problems with
complete solutions including strategy, architecture and planning, accelerated solution
delivery and technology integration. The company employs leading IT and consulting
professionals with deep expertise in e-business and IT strategy, operation and process
re-engineering, advanced IT and legacy architectures, software engineering and project
management.

"Eagle Technology Partners evaluates and improves the return on investment of IT services
for a host of Internet-enabled business processes, representing an expansion of our own
in-house knowledge base, " said Frederick A. Smith, Leapnet Chairman and CEO. "As such,
the unit complements our other Internet business unit, Quantum Leap Communications, an
Internet developer that specializes in managing the customer experience. Eagle Technology
Partners in fact, is an excellent indicator of our strategy of identifying potentially significant
growth opportunities that enhance or expand the overall experience of all the Company's
business units."

Mr. Rothman added, "At Eagle, we understand what it takes to bring our clients a seasoned,
pragmatic perspective on all the strategic, operational and technical facts of e-business life.
That expertise makes us a natural extension to Leapnet's proven creative and technical
capability. We are very pleased and excited to be a part of the plan that uniquely positions
the Leapnet family of companies to service clients in a focused, yet diverse manner."

Mr. Rothman has more than 25 years of experience in the Consulting and Systems
Integration industry. As a Partner at Andersen Consulting, he managed the Atlanta
Technology and Systems Integration division and was the Managing Partner of the firm-wide
Solution Delivery Practice. Mr. Rothman joins Eagle Technology Partners from Technology
Solutions Company where he was a Senior Vice President responsible for their Information
Technology Strategy and Transformation practice.

In addition to Mr. Rothman, the Eagle management team also includes Joseph
MacDonald-Piekarz, Vice President and Managing Partner of Business Development, and
Scot Hornick, Vice President and Managing Partner of e-Business Strategy. Mr. Piekarz is
the former President and CEO of Parian Development Group, Inc. and a 14-year veteran of
technology services start-ups. Prior to founding Parian, he was Director of Business
Development for Lante Corporation.

Mr. Hornick joins Eagle from PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was a Partner. Prior to
PriceWaterhouseCoopers, he managed the travel industry practice at Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Hornick possesses a PhD. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of
Illinois and has been an adjunct professor at Northwestern University.

Mr. Smith stated in closing, "Our goal this year has been to increase our Internet business
by at least 100 percent. Eagle represents the third component of our Internet revenue growth
plan. Quantum Leap has been the primary driver of Internet revenue growth, posting 132%
increase in revenues for the first six months of the fiscal year and continues to expand its
business with clients such as Wal-Mart Stores and SAM's Club. YAR Communications,
which specializes in globalizing communication content for the Internet and traditional media,
has seen Internet-related revenues grow significantly in the past two years and are now
approaching 20% of total YAR revenues. Our goal is to continue to increase YAR's Internet
revenues as they expand their translation business with Internet-focused clients. We expect
these three business units to drive Leapnet growth throughout the rest of this year and the
next fiscal year."

Eagle Technology Partners, Inc., a subsidiary of Leapnet, Inc. (Nasdaq: LEAP) is an
