I do not own any shares but have put this on my watchlist..Out of the shareholders meeting yesterday..CEO Jack Futterman stated on Friday they reported a loss of 12.3 million or .98 a share for fiscal first quarter that ended Oct 2 compared to 2.2 million or .17 a share a year ago. Sales overall continue to be strong but losses are still very much a way of life for the store. Total revenues rose 20.7 percent for the quarter. Jack Futterman is a veteran retailer that used to run Pathmark. The companys founder and former CEO Steve Mandell is no longer a director and consultant having previously resigned from the $50,000 a month positions. He however still owns 2.545 million shares or 20.4 % of the company. Also Futterman stated getting back on NASDAQ is a top priority.
