Frankfurt a.M. (ots) - Der Emissionspreis fr die Aktien der Toys International.com Inc., USA
wurde auf EURO 13 festgelegt, gibt die Konsortialfhrerin Concord Effekten (Frankfurt: 541020.F -
Nachrichten) AG bekannt. Damit liegt der Ausgabepreis am oberen Ende der Bookbuildingspanne
von EURO 10 bis EURO 13.
Die Emission fand groáes Interesse bei privaten und institutionellen Investoren, was zu einer
deutlichen šberzeichnung fhrte. Herausragend ist hierbei die hohe Nachfrage von institutionellen
Anlegern aus dem europ„ischen Ausland.Privatanleger, die ber den Internet-Plazierungskanal
der Concord Effekten AG "www.IPOnline.de" gezeichnet haben, wurden voll zugeteilt.

Die erste Notiz am Geregelten Markt (Segment SMAX) der Frankfurter Wertpapierb”rse ist fr den
