yes, the Volume is dying up and the thrill is gone. SFLK should be visiting $1 in the near future. The problem is all those convertible holders shorting the stock to lock in gains. Sony got only 20 cents per unit. AOL probably paid less and the deal from AOL was for Mac's only. It was in the press release on their site. Throw in that they need to raise another 7.5 million according to their business plan in 2000 and it means trouble. Their business plan dared 12/98 said they needed to raise 3 million in equity in 1999. Well they did that in conv. so in 2000 I see the same thing happening.

SFLK ROYALTIES 20 cents

Sony shall pay to Licensor a royalty for the Program of $0.20 U.S. per unit.
Royalty payments will be made by Sony to Licensor on a quarterly basis.
Royalties will be calculated based upon the number of copies replicated by Sony
and shipped by or for Sony to an end user customer or reseller with or for a
Hardware Product. No royalties shall be due for copies of the Program made for
testing or demonstration purposes.

There will be no downstream revenue sharing for the Program under this
Agreement.
