Probably bitten by AMD earlier in life. Who knows... Whatever it is there is a reason when people think of just 2 or three analysts when it comes to moving a stock. IMHO, this PainWebber guy is a small fish. In the case of AMD most impact will come from Kumar/Osha/Peck succumbing. I thought Peck was going to do it last week but he didn't. Since it hasn't happened last week, my guess is at least one of these folks will come around after Dreseden deal or Q4 earnings. Let's see. P.S.: Hope you got out of MMCN in time.
