China.com, I think, has about 21 million shares issued and are far down the list among China's 100 ISP's. They set a record this morning of US$136.00/share. Another ISP in Europe operating in 5 countries with 34 million shares issued is X-stream Network (XSNI:Nasdaq OTC-BB). They are less than US$2.00/share and they are rated in #2 or #3 among 100 ISP's in the UK, and there far more people on the Internet in Europe (370 million) than china, In 2003 there will be more on the Internet in Europe than the USA--Strange, but true.
