Lance, joining you in TIPS, 0.36 to 0.38. The CEO is not the most savory charater on Earth, but the business of internet telephony plus ISP in China, especially the latter, is very compelling at this price level. Haven't played BBs for a while, but PLCOP certainly does very well.
