Brian, perhaps you (or somebody else) can explain the following. According to Washington Service (quoted today by Bloomberg Professional screens, not available on the Bloomberg free web site), insider sales during the last month reached $98.4mm and included the Nicholas famiy (the CEO) selling 438,225 shared reducing holdings down to zero; the Samueli familty (the other co-founder) selling 305,ooo shares reducing holdings also down to zero and the CFO selling about 85% of his holdings. Now, these sales are quoted as "option related" but the worrisome part is the reduction down to zero. Would be grateful to have some feedback.
