I saw this and believe it is terrible:

"Amazon.com launches holiday TV ad campaign
SEATTLE, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Internet retailer Amazon.com
Inc.<AMZN.O> launched a holiday advertising campaign on Monday
with five television ads using a "Variety Show" format that it
hopes will convey the ease and simplicity of online shopping.
The campaign was created by the San Francisco office of the
FCB Worldwide unit of True North Communications Inc. <TNO.N>
It uses a men's chorus singing original songs and was
"designed to recreate the authentic look and feel of a 1970s
'Variety Show,'" using "simplicity, humor and catchy tunes to
leave a smile on customers faces," Amazon said.
The advertising focuses on the wide selection of gifts --
especially toys -- available on Amazon and the simplicity of
shopping online.
The ads were to make their debut on ABC's "Monday Night
Football" and continue on broadcast and cable networks over the
next six weeks. The Seattle-based company did not reveal the
cost of the campaign, its first focused holiday TV effort.
