Oh, give me a break, Richard. You buying all that "division of labor" crap about Treasury and F/R and Money? Why are you straining at the obvious? If you are all that certain, then answer me this one: WHY IS IT: the St. Louis FEDERAL RESERVE BRANCH is responsible for and does the reporting of ALL money made/money destroyed stats, in that little known tome called the "Beige Book?" You having a hard time w/the "acceptance" phase of your Y2K "get it" program?
