Hi Ed,

I think todays CRM announcement will be seens as a real positive once the analysts have a chance to dig into things a bit. I don't know a lot about the company they are acquiring, KPI Technologies, or whether this will be accretive or dilutive to EPS. But I think it only helps them longer term. As far as the perpetual license question, I have no idea and can't recall it being discussed in past conference calls. I would assume that there are only so many seats per license and if a client wants to expand the number of users they must purchase additional copies of the software.
