they may eat into Citrix's market share, especially as GraphOn does not require the Terminal Server version of NT.

Citrix's ICA does not require tse. Also, considering that Citrix is the only one with access to the windows code, as per their agreement, and that Citrix works with Mr. Softie in developing their TSE, I think this puts Citrix at a considerable advantage to any competitors in integrating the two and in creating the best desktop environment.

Concerning eating into market share. I think that it is as likely if not more so, that this may have the effect of helping to build the market, giving the thin client solution more credibility, more exposure to the principle of thin client computing. The market is to huge, and not nearly penetrated enough for there to be much concern over market share being taken.
