CIRC ALERT: The FOMC meeting turned out to be good news. 1/4 point hike with a neutral bias. The markets will go up from here. CIRC is taking off big time now. Volume is getting heavier and the the price is pulling back and going on up at a normal pace. Not like last week as the MM's sat on the bid price while buyers were coming in. The price has a lot more room to run. Fair value would put the price in the 25 to 30 range, not at 18 or 19. The price was way undersold this morning. CIRC is a great company with triple digit quarter over quarter growth. Expect to see volume increase today and a gap in the morning to surpass old high if they are not broken today, and I think they will be broken on record volume today. RADAR RADAR
