I have your forwarded e*mail from Pat and will be answering it shortly, with the details for the green machine. it will set you back about 4 c-notes plus shipping but worth every centavo.

To answer your size question, mucho mucho finer than the commercially available screens you are mentioning. I've recovered up to 200 minus using that green machine technique...a meche you can barely see your hand through.
