NTCR--what I like about it: Number one are the revs. They are making a profit and growing nicely (the only one out of their competitors making a profit). Second they are in a well known sector with doubleclick, Mypoints.com, yesmail. You could make an argument based on their revs. they are a better company to own than DCLK. Third, they are a recent IPO that looks like everyone has flipped their shares so all the selling is basically done. Recent IPO's that never run very often find a bottom and then take off. The better the company,, the better they take off. The profitable ones in a recognizable sector always do well. Oh, and a 3.3M float is just icing on the cake. That low a float makes it easy to move.
