I still don't see a form NT-10Q. It doesn't show up in either of the two real-time edgar servers I checked.

If so, then they now appear to be delinquent in their filings. One consequence of delinquency is that they would be disqualified from filing a short form S-3 prospectus in the future, when they want to register future sales of stocks. They would be required to use the longer from S-1 instead. I'd love to see what they disclose in a form S-1.
