JAMES: I'll defend the property any day of the week, but I won't get into a verbal debate over RUMORS which cannot be substantiated on either side of the isle. The news release was poorly worded, is frustrating,etc., BUT if you bought this company for any reason other than the property, you will be dismayed and be subject to the blatantly misleading statements put out on the thread by DOCTOR WLD, BULLY, NELSON AND OTHERS. You will become an easy target for the BASHERS, and lose sight of your original purpose. Stay the course. Remember that the shareholders authorized the deal with a NASDAQ company, not any individual person. This is the natural follow through as a consequence of the AGM. The Gipper
