FWIW - Just because the stock is dropping doesn't mean it's bad. The market hates uncertainty. The release should have been put out before the open, IMO, and not concurrent with Greenspan... Anyway -- doesn't appear to be too bad (7-year paper, callable in 3)...In fact, I think they're just taking RonS's advice (he should probably get a fee)...<g> Question is -- who are they thinking of buying??? rk
