I have hired a new Atty. who has a 95% success rate in winning cases against State Farm..He can take care of this one..I have a letter from an Adjustor stating that they would pay no more of my Medical Bills since the girl who ran the red light's PIP Insurance had been used up..Why have I been paying 100/200 Uninsured Motorist????? That letter is called "Acting in "Bad Faith" and that can take the Cap off of the $100/ which should be used for my Medical expenses..This one is going into Court and become a biggie' which is just what I never wanted.Since the Atty's get the big $$$$ :-( PS I raised that to 200/200 but I will go with another Insurance Co next year..:-( In an Accident everyone loses..
