Given DISK's intention of building up DVD Express, it makes sense to look at how other e-tailers are doing in terms of revenue, etc. Take a look at DVD Express. The link below gives some information taken from the withdrawn IPO filing.

www2.ipo.com

Basically DVD Express shows:

1998 revenue = approx $17 million
1998 income = loss $4.5 million
72 employees

These are 1998 revenue figures, so expect this number to be a lot higher for 99.

For kencranes.com, we have from the last report:

Half-year revenue = $1.6 million
Half-year income = loss $1.2 million

The above revenue is after taking out inter-company sales. With it, kencranes is at $7.2 million revenue.
