The warrants are trading quite a bit below par:

I just received a voice mail from Dave Dunlap.
The exercise price per warrant is $8.40, and you get
4-1/4 shares - making your total cost per share $1.97
plus a bit less than 1/4 the current price of the warrant.

In other words, right now, if you were to buy a warrant at the close, $1.10, then exercise, your
total cost per share would be only $2.23. Not bad, considering the stock closed more than 1/4
point higher - plus, you still have 7 months time value!
