Howy, a clue is Montle's filing a 144 to sell ~$8k (at current price) worth of stock. I'm not sure that's worth the paperwork. I guess that there is something in the works that will be announced before the 144 expires. CHIP only has ~20MM shares so a reverse split on merger is unlikely. I could see a doubling in shares to pay for the merger, but that still wouldn't be a problem for shareholders IMO. <<might be worth>> That's a hard one and depends on the quality of the private company. It's not inconceivable to see the stock trading in the $1+ range for a good ecommerce stock. Montle has been so wrong before, maybe he's finally got it right? We shall see. I would be happy to hear all pro and con arguments before I buy more CHIP. Where's Larry when I need him? <VBG>
