Anyone know about the Brazilian political/social situation? In other words, will they ALLOW AOL to muscle in on their territory? These third world countries sometimes are so corrupt that they spray paint over billboards, etc., and do anything to stop "outsiders" from breaking into their cash cows. Are we viewed in a positive light over there? Not trying to be negative--just curious.
