claudio, yeah, not for the weak of heart is it? However, even if we 'correct' further, many of the techs are discounted significantly, and I believe 'most' of the further declines would be in the larger caps. Brokerages & M&M's make money every time we trade, do they really have your best long term interest in mind? If you fundamentaly believe in the companies niche', why not simply take advantage of any decline as an opportunity to purchase securities at a discount. As an example do you really believe that Cisco will sell below $50 6 months to 1 1/2yrs out? I would believe it is as likely to be $90 given a 'reasonable' timeframe. PSQL? With the growth of NT & the associated opportunities, they could easily be in the high 'teens' by 98'. Cost average in, & forget about the wk to wk swings, make the volitility work in your favor as many of these companies have yet to reach the peak demand for, or maturity of the life cycles of their products. Of course this is my own sentiment, best of luck. |
