Technical Analysis -- Cube Update. cube gapped lower on the open today and immediately bounced back. and then retraced to the 43-44 level and ended the day on the Ask45 (DAY HIGH). Patsy Collins -- this is commonly refered as a way of interpreting market's ability to test its depth. in japanese candlestick charting, this is called a "bullish belt." along with yesterday's candlestick, this pattern is called a piercing pattern. ALL THESE are good indication of cube's reversal trend signal. and believe it or NOT. we have picked up a huge "series" of weak reversal signal in the 48-54 range (all positive for the outburst toward the new 55-60 level). today, the reversal trend signal being the strongest at the 42-45 level. it is very safe to buy cube at these level (44-46). if we get enough support on Monday, we may see a shoot up to 52-56 range by next week. I don't believe all the shorts who wanted to cover got the chance to do it before the closing bell. look for a GAP up on monday (perhaps). whether cube can go back to 52-56 level all depends on how much support cube receives for the 44-46 level. if this support is confirmed next week. we maybe at the bottom of the oversold pattern. buy the stock on monday, if you are a REAL believer of Cube's long-term potential. by the way, the term "bullish belt" comes from the fact that the shorts were getting WHIPPED!! YEEE-HA!!!
