"09:15 AT HOME CORP. REGISTERS 4.6 MILLION SHARES FOR SALE WITH EST. WORTH $184.5 MILLION" What does this mean to the stock price? Anyone know exactly what this does to it? From my experience secondary offerings drop the stock price, I've seen it several times. Is this a secondary offering? If it isn't then what is it? Thanks in advance.
