So the does the fact that GRNO has over 1,000,000 in assets, ie: CASH and prepaid expenses, qualify it for small cap listing?? Minus only its market capitalization requirement, of course.

However, I probably can answer my own question by looking at liabilities. I'll have to try and get a read on what those consist of. Still searching for the Edgarized 10Q form. Post the link when someone sees it come up on the screen.

Regardless, I think that this company has reached a measure of financial security that will permit it much more leverage and flexibility over the near and long term future.
