**ANNOUNCEMENT**

Amex Vendor Alert #1999-3 - November 16, 1999
On November 15, 1999 The American Stock Exchange Received SEC Approval for a Significant Network B Non-professional Rate Restructuring

There are three components to the rate restructuring: (1) a decrease in the monthly non-professional subscriber rate, (2) the introduction of a pay-for-use rate for nonprofessional subscriber services, and (3) the introduction of a pay-for-use cap in respect of each nonprofessional subscriber.

1. The non-professional subscriber rate

The monthly non-professional fee was decreased from $3.25 to $1.00 for each subscriber to whom a vendor provides a Network B display service during the month. This represents a rate decrease of almost 70%.

I think this will be effective Dec 1, 1999, but will keep you posted.
