"The range we are after is $25-$28 a barrel (for Brent)," Kuwaiti Oil Minister Sheikh Saud told Reuters in Kuwait.
"The market is proceeding well. Don't meddle with it," was the Kuwaiti minister's advice.

Analysts now think that oil prices are headed towards the high $20s, with nearby resistance at the post-Gulf War high of $26.74 from January 1997, if the flow of bullish news continues.

The market is also looking to get guidance from Wednesday's meeting in Riyadh between the oil ministers of Saudi Arabia, Venezuela and Mexico.
