how will Qualcomm reconcile Sony's 49% minority ownership position??? Didn't Qualcomm get buyback rights or something? I think if there was an issue here, it would've been addressed already...Also, I think we would've heard something about Sony's involvement with handset negotiations, and the issue to sell the division in the first place.
