Mike, CHRZ looks pretty good, it should encounter some resistance in the 17-19 area. It is very cheap fundamentally, but the market has not really wanted to put much of a multiple on this type of stock. getting past Y2K will be the best thing that could ever happen to CHRZ, KEA and others in this area. I would rate it a market performer, that will become an outperformer in late Q1 and Q 2 of 2000 John
