The associated promises of news and a JV have been on the table for some time - to be released for "..'99 is Largo's year..", according to Dynamic Danny Mendez; Head-(USA)-yayhoo-in-charge. There are several completed pipeline projects and a number of acquisitions of former competitors that have never been released...
Delivery of news, etc., expected sometime on or after the 20th.
It's going to turn out to be very interesting, as the potential JV players will be someone on the scale of Gaz de France, CalTex, Exxon, SHV, etc. - as there are a boatload of new LPG terminals now online along the coast that need to move fuel into the country.
LGOV has "...multiple.." licenses to import, distribute and retail fuels, lubricants and other products and services all over China.. This also includes telecommunications, industrial instrumentation, software services, water purification equipment, etc.......
Hartcourt (HRCT), which has one (1) (uno) lousy license, and it just went to 300% today..!!
XNET is up, and CAOL has doubled in two days.
At a dime a ticket, this is going to be a fun ride...!!
