The 10-Q summaries are fairly well written and provide a better explanation than I could easily give. your point is well taken, and i intend to get up to speed. i guess i should have been more specific: my interest here, arising out of a private placement, was piqued by what i thought on the part of IM to be a savvy response to the current "shrinking margin" state of affairs in the distribution biz. however, before i presume to comment further, i have to do some reading... by the way, i sincerely appreciate your candor. regards, flick ps when i can ask some educated questions, i promise to take you up on that offer.
