MicroKing,

I received an email from Investor Relations of GSIC today. Kyle says the company has no plans in issueing more shares to raise capital at this time. He says GSIC will trade on the pink sheets, and that GSIC plans to become a fully reporting company.

This is one of those stocks that you put a little money into, and wait and see how things develope in the future. Internet Grocery shopping is the FUTURE, and I hope GSIC can take advantage of this future demand for such services.
