Garth , Good post on M-B relationship to Ballard . It was obvious to any follower of this company that bringing a new type of propulsion to the auto and truck/bus industry was going to be a job for a vehicle building company with lots of experience in all aspects of vehicle production . Of all the vehicle producers in the world D-B is the most respected company , with its decision to buy an interest in Ballard and form joint venture company , it immediately gives Ballard the highest credibility . That in itself is worth any stock dilution ! As I said before 30 % of a $10 biln company is better than 100% of a $1bln company. regards , Brian
