Been there, done that (a few times), and hope it never happens again. Sometimes so bad I wanted to go to the emergency room. Then I thought about the cost, and decided to tough it out (with the help of an alkeseltzer).

This is a simple case of "the power of suggestion" like a yawn. Had this not happened recently to a co-worker of SJ's, this would never have even entered her head.

I think there is nothing to it. Unfortunately, we'll have to spend some bucks to get peace of mind.

But yes, I know where you're coming from.
