Dave, thanks for additional insights. I got in HOOV the other day after reading your email on it. Can't chase AREM now, but added BOSC today after their decent results. Huge growth in the CRM space. They have a nice VoIP plug-in which should have some edge over competition. Very nice move this last week in price and volume. Would appreciate your thoughts on BOSC, if you have time to take a look. Thanks. Rich
