InfoCure Announces Introduction of InfoToGo(TM),
Featuring Practice Management Software Integration With PalmPilot(TM)
ATLANTA, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- InfoCure corporation (Nasdaq: INCX) today
announced the integration capabilities of the Palm Computing(R) platform from
3COM and InfoCure's Wisdom(TM) WinMed(R) CS and WinOMS(R) CS practice
management systems for physicians and oral surgeons. The PalmPilot(TM) is a
product of Palm Computing, Inc., a 3COM company.
InfoToGo(TM), provides physicians with convenient access to their
appointment schedules, referral data and statistics, night call reports, and
enhances communications with referring doctors, all at their fingertips, no
matter where they are. InfoToGo utilizes any Palm Computing Organizer, and
the HotSync(R) technology to exchange data with InfoCure's practice management
systems.
Palm Computing(R) will enrich the ability of physicians to access data
from remote areas. InfoToGo(TM) provides quick and easy access to important
practice data and eliminates the need to access data via modem.
InfoCure plans to introduce the InfoToGo product into additional specialty
practice management systems in the first and second quarter of 2000. InfoCure
is demonstrating InfoToGo(tm) at its Technology Preview Conference
November 17th and 18th.
