The new industrial CASSIOPEIA for Corporations is the palm-size PC developed specially for business use. In addition to outstanding resistance to impact and splashes, it comes with a choice of battery capacities, security functions, and other features that make it the perfect choice for a mobile business terminal.
Designed and engineered for outdoor use
CASSIOPEIA for Corporations features Windows(R) CE for operational versatility, the ability to withstand impact when dropped from a height of about one meter, and splash resistance that conforms with the Ipx II World Class Splash Proof Standard (no detrimental effect from water splashed at an angle of 15 degrees off vertical). This means it can be used with confidence outdoors even in the rain. The operating temperature range is 20(Degree)F to 122(Degree)F, compared with the range of 32(Degree)F to 104(Degree)F of previous models.
Sheet type lithium polymer rechargeable battery
A sheet type rechargeable battery fits onto the back of the unit. A choice of three batteries are available, ranging from L-size that provides up to approximately 76 hours of continuous use, to the thin S-size. A lithium coin type battery is used for memory backup, eliminating the need for battery replacements.
