So they are now late with the form which says, "We're late." LOL I bet Dorian is pleased to have such placid shareholders. Longs should be hopping mad at this carelessness. Speaking of misleading, check out hitsgalore.com and compare with fast.quote.com or go2net.newsalert.com HITT's list leaves out the press releases of 7/29 [still looking for an auditor], 8/23 [finally files quarterly], 8/24 [response to Bloomberg], and 9/02 [engages new auditing firm]. There is no indication whatsoever that their list is not complete. I think omitting the "negative" press releases constitutes a deliberate attempt to mislead potential investors who visit the site.
