After todays debacle at the close, I have a new and even more profound theory. Every participant in the market picks a day to fail completely, so that no one appears better or worse than the other, This protects any one of them from being singled out as incompetent and unworthy of the public trust.

See, how hard was that? Now, I've got to get back to work on my Jack Ruby theories.
