Is this a 2-way connection to the internet or one? What are the speeds of the uplink and dowlink channels? And of course the big question: what price will it be offered at? The wireless people will be able to compete and win if (1) they can offer 2-way internet connections at speeds comparable with ADSL and cable modems (6-10Mbps) (2) >$40 bucks per month for unlimited use to the home consumer (3) >$500 for all the hardware and installation costs (4) Beat the other technologies to market It's too soon to tell.
