Tulvio~With the relative small float the stock may appear more volatile here with the momentum crowd cashing out at each set limit. The spread will eventually close as the deal is completed next year. A long term holder would have a more difficult choice knowing JDS Uniphase "the Intel of the telescom" is operating above 100% capacity with no signs of deceleration. BTW, you discuss great stocks.~russ
