Hi Manny,
This is from the 8-K that was filed a couple of days ago:
(b) Acquisition Agreement.
Effective on September 7, 1999, the Registrant acquired the website known as "artauction.com" from PowerClick, a Nevada corporation, through an Acquisition Agreement. Under this agreement, Registrant paid the following: (a) 1,000,000 shares of free trading common stock of the Registrant; (b) 1,000,000 shares of restricted common stock of the Registrant; and (c) all of the issued and outstanding common stock of eBet.com, Inc., a Nevada corporation, which is owned by the Registrant.
I thought that we traded eSportsbet for the ""artauction.com" straight up. This shows that we gave all the shares of "eBet.com" plus 2,000,000. I don't remember eConnect saying anything about the 2,000,000 that was paid. Can you tell me the book value of the "artauction" was at the time of the acquisition or the current book value?
TIA.
Scoob
