Electronic Arts (NASDAQ:ERTS) takes stake in Mpath.

ERTS also has an alliance with Advanced Gravis, recently acquired by the Kensington (Mouse) division of American Brands (NYSE:AMB). Note: Thrustmaster met with Advanced Gravis management during their financial crises and opted not to acquire the company.

The ERTS alliance is with Advanced Gravis' GamePad Pro which is now known as the EA Sports GamePad Pro. Advanced Gravis now is effectively aligned with both T.E.N. and Mpath, currently the dominant internet multiplayer online gaming sites.

Thrustmaster's Phazer Gamepad is currently receiving reviews which rival Gravis' GamePad Pro, currently perceived as the industry standard. This is very significant assuming TMSR knows what to do with this information. TMSR must, in the next release of the Phazer, provide a Y-cable to allow two-player gaming, (a huge mistake in the initial release), in addition to an effective branding strategy to wrest dominance/share of this niche away from Gravis.
