LOL!! I don't think the eyelash routine would work for me. <gg> One time I met a cop and he nailed me with the red light. I immediately pulled over on the shoulder. However, there was a huge line of cars following him and was he unable to do a U-turn and come over to me. I stood there waiting and waiting and the cars just keep whizzing by. Finally, when the all the traffic had passed, he just pulled back into line and went on his merry way. I guess he figured I was a good boy since I had pulled over so quickly and he didn't have to chase me. <phew> I dodged a few tickets in my youth. I always get out of the vehicle and raise my hands over my head and do a big stretch. I feel this puts the officer at ease as he can see my hands. When he asks "How ya doing?" I say "I was doing great until you pulled me over." <gg>
